Very friendly and knowledgeable from the nice young lady at the front desk to the nurse who took my vitals. The provider, Deanna Scruggs, NP was very friendly and helpful in getting me my diagnosis and the prescriptions I needed to begin to feel better. She had a great bedside manner about her! As a visitor from the Pacific Northwest, I was very impressed with TLC! (The wait time was so quick….I’m use to up to 5 hours at home for urgent care!)

From the time I walked in until the time I left everyone was so very friendly and helpful. They explained everything and answered all my questions thoroughly. I felt very comfortable and relaxed the entire time I was there. Received an IV and the young man who started it was phenomenal. I was very impressed by the entire experience and will not hesitate to go back if necessary.
