It is always a great experience at Tyler Complete Care. Every member of the staff was amazing. Makenna made the check in process easy. Cory came to let us know that we would be brought back shortly. Jeanifer did a great job of making my daughter feel at ease. Dr. Wallace did a great job of explaining everything and got Rhenn feeling better quickly. Everyone works together and truly cares about the patients.
Very professional, answered all our questions, explaining what was being done and why, very patient, great staff!

The children’s hospitals ER and urgent cares are a nightmare this time of year. Our expected wait time was 8-10 hours for the hospital ER, and 6 hours for the urgent care. We pulled up to Complete Care Camp Bowie and within 5 minutes we were back in a room expressing our concerns with a nurse. The doctor came in moments later, labs were drawn and we were in and out! Attentive and patient with Mina. Ran a couple of tests to find out the cause of the fever and provided excellent treatment plan and prescription.
