Everyone there was very very nice and professional. Took care of me quickly with my problem. The receptionist was very nice as well and assisted me quickly. I would highly recommend this location, all employees went above and beyond to take care of me.

I was experiencing high blood pressure and pulse readings. I called my primary care physician’s office but they were closing for the day. The receptionist said that she would try to contact my doctor before he left and then get back to me. They never did. My condition worsened so I went to TLC emergency care. They got me in immediately and began treatment. The doctor and staff were very thorough ran an Electrocardiograph, took blood samples, and started an IV to replace fluids in my blood. A great experience despite feeling horrible. The entire staff is terrific. In particular, Chris, Rosie and Grace were fantastic. And Jennifer helped with questions when I called in. I’d refer anyone in need to go to Alamo Heights!
