Took my son to Complete Care for a suspected broken nose from sports injury and we could not have received better care!! Professional and efficient check in process, No wait time, nurses and Dr. Ross were very thorough, comforting, professional and knowledgeable. We have always had great experiences at Complete Care, so grateful to have this top-notch ER center and medical professionals right here in Southlake 24/7!

Brooks city Base is the only place I will go. Very little to no wait time! From the second I walked into the door Kimberly was cheerful and extremely helpful. Josefina RN makes you feel comfortable and Dr. Refienberg was the kindest Dr ever. 10/10 would recommend, I send all my friends and family here!!!!!!
