The Staff, the Nurse and Dr were excellent!!!! The reason I did not give the 5 th star is because they immediately knew that COVID symptoms were the same day , they could have said wait for a couple of days , quarantine, and come back. And then we thought it was a Dr visit co pay, but it was 100 dollars for both of us . Note: staff did tell us the cost ahead of time. We wanted to clarify that there are 2 facilities in Corpus Christi using the name TLC. We are TLC Complete Care and are a free-standing emergency room. There is a facility named TLC Medical Center, which is not affiliated with our facility. TLC Medical Center is an urgent care facility. Very caring staff both admin and medical. Very thorough medical care. They didn’t stop till they were sure what was wrong with me. I felt it was some of the best medical care I have received.
