I received outstanding assistance from everyone at Tyler Complete Care when I was experiencing excruciating back pain. I appreciate the professionalism and assistance so much. I was also able to talk to the doctor the next day to obtain more information which was very helpful.

Amazing! Staff was so welcoming and friendly. They made sure I felt comfortable and safe. They made sure to take care of me right away. They explained everything and answered all of my questions. I felt really cared about. Best experience.

The staff in the ER were polite and helpful and gave me the best treatment. Unfortunately, there was no one at the front desk. I waited 10 minutes calling out to get someone’s attention but there was no response. I called the facility from my cell phone and the phone rang 10 times before someone ran from the back frantically answering the call. It was so nice to walk right in and be seen, everyone was friendly and efficient, we will continue to go to LaVernia ER verses the big hospital in an emergency! Thank you all for all you do to make the stay a pleasant experience.

Best facility in the area, staff super friendly and helpful, nurse and doctor care about the patient. Wasn’t feeling well for the past week, just moved here from Vegas wasn’t sure where to go, looked this guys up on line, I’m glad I did, they really take care of you and they really made me feel they were concerned, you don’t get much of that these days. I highly recommend going to see these guys for any medical need, they will take care of you!!

The Emergency Clinic La Vernia provided excellent professional care. As a registered nurse myself, I can honestly say the triage and medical assessment then plan of treatment is “spot on”! Glad to have above level medical care in the area for us when we quite aren’t our medical best.
