Every single staff member was excellent, caring and compassionate! The physician was attentive to my illness, explained everything and answered my questions. Best care I’ve ever received at an urgent care in the middle of the night. I highly recommend Fossil Creek!

The receptionist, nurse, and doctor were really kind and helpful. I feel like they listened to my concerns and paid attention. The nurse in particular was really good about putting me at ease. And then the receptionist pulled out there extra suckers to find me the flavor I wanted! 😂 Highly recommend!

You all were so wonderful!!! The staff was very compassionate and took very good care of me. Dr. Magoon was very thorough and let me know everything that was being done to find out what was going on with me. Izzy & Gina you guys rock!!! Y'all are amazing and make sure your patients are given the best treatment!!! The BEST ER I have visited in a long time!!! Thank you for all you do!!!

I took my son in about 3:30 with horrible back pain. Brittnay was very pleasant and helpful up front. Albert was wonderful with my son and Dr. Yeung did a great job. We were out within 30 minutes or so and he’s feeling much better. Great service all around! Highly recommend!!
