The staff here was SO friendly and helpful. They helped a 3 year old get through chest x-rays and lung treatments laughing and cheerful. SO impressed!

This ER facility is amazing. They are caring, compassionate, and got me in and out very quickly. This will be my only choice for an emergency medicine going forward.

I took my mom to clinic on 1/17/21 and was extremely impressed with the service we received. Dr. Morale was very determined in getting her transported to North Central Baptist and the weather was starting to get icy after detecting her cardiac enzymes elevated. Today 1/19/21 she went to cardiac cath to find out she had an artery 100% clogged, she got 2 stents. Thanks for saving my 87 y/o mother’s life. Keep up the great work!!!

Super friendly staff, took care of my mother. However, very disappointed that the receptionist and attendant that took my mother back for care were not wearing a mask. We visited on 07/16/2020 about 1-2pm. This was the only urgent care facility that was not packed. My concern came from the fact that a potential customer came in (with a mask) with symptoms (coughing into a mask) asking for a COVID test. Wow! Phenomenal treatment. I have used Tyler Complete Care for a long time. Bill Wallace, and Brad Robertson are very intelligent and are always so helpful.
