Usually people don't like going to the emergency rooms or urgent care centers but, I was glad I ended up going to TLC Complete Care. From the time I walked in the doors the staff was very professional and kind. Other than having to wait for the nurse to call me back and waiting to see Dr. Yard, I really didnt have to wait that long. As far as I know there is a tv in each exam room so, you can watch pretty much whatever you like if you get a little restless waiting. I came in on a Sunday early evening and was the only person there or at least in the waiting room. From start to finish my experience was exceptional. Everyone I interacted with was so kind and helpful. They kept me informed throughout my 6 hours there and did all they could to ensure I was comfortable. The facility is very clean and well-kept. It's a great alternative to the big hospital ERs.

My 71 yr old mom with dementia got the care she needed, then they arranged to have her transported to the hospital. Very nice, profrssional, helpful staff. Thank you!!!

Very professional staff and minimal wait time. Much more convenient,not as crowded as a full emergency room, and the serviced provided are the same.
