Everyone was very helpful from checkin to the nurses to the doctor. They treated me (the parent) as the expert and made me apart of the process of treating my 3 year old daughter. This out myself and my daughter as ease. We had to stay for 3 hours of observation and they helped with distractions and colors and snacks so that the time flew by. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Have used this facility since it opened as Tyler Urgent Care years ago and have had nothing but the best care and now its even better that it is open 24 hours 7 days a week. They always take great care of me and my family.

I have been to Complete Emergency Care 3 or 4 times. When I went this Monday, the wait time was very short. The NP came in to check on me within 5 minutes, and a doctor did a follow up about 5 minutes after the NP, Linda, completed her check up with me. They are so kind and helpful there. The payment was very reasonable.
