Went in last night for an early sinus infection after work and there was no wait at all. They were ready for me before I could finish my HIPPA paperwork. The Medic that was there took my vitals and my symptoms down and the doctor came in after only at most a minute or two. He talked with me and answered my questions and even went out and hand wrote some suggestions as to how to keep my sinuses from flavoring up so often and went over them with me. I have been coming to Alamo Heights Emergency clinic since it opened years ago. I have recommended it to so many people. It just keeps getting better and better. I love the new facility off of North New Braunfels. It is a very convenient location as was the previous one on Broadway. The staff is wonderful and I love that I never have to wait. I think the longest wait that I ever had was about one hour and that was very unusual. I absolutely love Dr. Magoon.

I was greeted with a smile, called back before I finished paperwork, seen by nurse then Dr all within 20 minutes! Professional, patient, friendly, caring & quick!! Extremely happy!
Staff was awesome and so personable! Called and Checked in with me the next day.
Excellent Doctors and nurses! I have been 3 times, seen 3 different great Doctors all knowledgeable and all concerned with my health and wellness.
No wait and fast service.
I brought my 6 year old son in due to a playground accident. I was able to see a doctor within 5 minutes of walking into the building. In addition to the office being quick the care was wonderful and the staff members were warm and inviting.
I arrived around 10:30 p.m. on Sunday night. It was a quiet night at the clinic, and I did not experience a wait to be seen. The nurse who first saw me was kind and understanding and gave his full attention to my care. (I wish I could remember his name. He was a retired paramedic.) The doctor on staff who attended to my needs was also very attentive, kind and understanding. Both explained every procedure and allowed me to ask as many questions as I needed to ask.
