Ended up here late late Easter Sunday night when my long haired chihuahua was attacked by a large dog. The staff was kind and compassionate. Dr. Sophia Mallon DVM was amazing. She was so nice to take the time to slowly explain to me what the injuries were, what we could do to control her pain, what we could do for her and what the limitations were. We had an urgent issue with one of our 8-week pullets and had a difficult time finding an avian vet that would see poultry. We found one vet that was ridiculously expensive and had a long wait. I called CVVH and was able to get in to see the vet within a few hours for a very reasonable office visit fee. Everyone from the front staff, vet techs, and the vet, Dr. Neumann, were fantastic. I took my bunny here late at night because she wasn't eating and ended up sadly being really ill. They were very welcoming and attentive, and I cannot say more about how impressed I was with my experience with Dr. Jason Sweitzer. He was very knowledgeable, took his time to make sure we understood the situation with her, and even ran out to our car in the parking lot to tell us new developments before we left for the evening.
