Yesterday was our first and only experience with this vet hospital and everyone there was amazing. We presented to the clinic with a pet emergency over a three day weekend and all the staff members were professional and efficient. Unfortunately we had to euthanize our cat but Dr. Laura Romano was so caring and proficient. She was able to diagnose out cat's problem, present multiple treatments options, and ultimately got our pet out of pain very quickly. Love love LOVE the staff at Conejo Valley Vet. We had to take our puppy into the ER and then a surgery the next morning and they were all unbelievable. So kind and accommodating and they made sure that we were given frequent updates and that the whole process was smooth and easy. Have never had a bad experience there, would recommend them to anyone!

These are the most kind hearted people I've ever met. We went in there knowing we had to do something heartbreaking and that we would never leave with our Maggie. The love and comfort that was extended to us by these wonderful people was priceless.

They took such good care of Finnigan, Mitzi and the canaries for an entire month while I was on a safari in Kenya. I knew that I would have very limited phone and text/email service so I wanted them in a safe place just in case!! Thank you soo much Loretta Allen, Finnigan, Mitzi, and the canaries

Absolutely the BEST, most wonderful facility I've ever encountered. The vets are TOP NOTCH (especially Dr. Au). My dog had emergency surgery in the middle of the night and not only did they take care of her, they let me spend the night in the lobby and even gave me a blanket to make me more comfortable. They saved my dog's life because of their professionalism and speed. Very clean, very well staffed, very caring, very knowledgeable. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Love, love, love them. Thank you!
