The staff person who helped me was knowledgeable and friendly. There was no pressure and I was able to borrow samples to see in my home and help with the decision-making process.
I stopped into your Columbia MD showroom and was greeted by Sarah who proceeded to find me tile that matched exactly 11 year old kitchen floor. I only needed one box which is not much of an order, but throughout the purchase process your entire staff treated me as if I was purchasing 100 boxes.
