Outstanding experience! The showroom is beautiful with a wide array of floor and wall tiles, tile accents etc. In addition, designed bathrooms are on display with gorgeous tubs, showers, accessories etc. The most meaningful aspect of our experience was dialogue with Shelly, Sales Team Member. It is hard to decide what element was of greatest value, as the customer service was outstanding (patient, knowledgable and kind) but the products were ... Inspiring ... Otherwise I'm at a loss for adequate words. So much was immediately available in such variety and displayed so pleasantly it could be a full day trip to just touch and feel and enjoy. However the ladies took what could have been a really long and drawn out process, and made it a real joy in a compact little window of time that I had available.
