Recently had a small procedure. Doctor was running behind which can happen. Still gave him 5 stars for punctuality because sometime things happen. The staff kept me updated on what was happening and asked if I needed anything as well as being very apologetic. My first consult I barely had to wait at all. Once I was led into the room everything went quickly. A nurse was with my the entire time and was so sweet. I had an eyelid lift and was treated very kindly and professionally by all staff. Dr Conlon had very nice bedside manners. I am afraid of needles and freezing because of past bad experiences. Ashley Dr Conlon's nurse was very reassuring and even held my hand when I started shaking a bit. Best experience yet I've had with freezing taking as I don't freeze as fast as most people. Highly recommend.

Excellent staff. I was in and out in just over an hour. The discomfort is temporary and I can already see a difference and how well I can see.
My dad had surgery performed by Dr. Conlon earlier in April, and from reaching out to the team after the procedure due to concerns that I had to the follow up the next week it was too notch, and very appreciated. The expertise and genuine concern is all one can ask for. Thank you Dr. Conlon, his nurse Ashley and to the team in the office!
I really appreciated the discussion by staff and surgeon with their explanation of what was going on before and during my surgery. Excellent staff and dr. Conlon was fast and efficient.
