Front desk staff definitely set the tone for the visit. Very friendly and welcoming! Dr. Conlon answered all my questions and explained my procedure. I fully understood what was going to take place. The nurse educator was very friendly and helpful. The nurses did an excellent job to keep me calm during my procedure. Really appreciate the care and attention received at both my visits by Dr. Conlon and his staff!
I was having a lot of anxiety over my surgery do to events leading up to it. All the staff there made it very comfortable. Was in and out within a half hour. Very nice that they check up on your recovery.
Very punctual and quick. All the staff were great! The nurse (Ashley) was very knowledgeable and a very kind soul!! Highly recommend!!!!!
