My overall experience at the Conlon Eye Institute was great. During my initial consultation, the staff who tested my eyes were very nice, the optometrist answered all of my questions, and Heidi was wonderful answering follow up questions and scheduling my LASIK procedure. Absolutely amazing experience!!! Dr. Conlon is at the highest level of professionalism you only can wish for. As well as a nurse Ashley and the office staff. I’ve been provided with detailed explanation of the surgery process before it took place with the thorough follow up by Ashley the same day after the surgery to make sure I was doing well. I had the BEST experience, not for just one surgery, but two. I previously had a painful scary ordeal with a different eye doctor years ago. Dr.Conlon and his staff put me at ease. Everything was explained to me, what to expect, and wanted my input on how I was feeling. (One surgery was to open my tear ducts and today we fixed my droopy eye lids). I was looked after quickly and felt safe throughout the process. Staff was very professional and helpful.
All was great except they missed calling my ride after my eyelid surgery.
Great staff, great Dr. Very nervous before and through procedure. To the nurse that held my arm through it all, thank you. I can see great and my glasses aren’t there to fog with a mask on. Fantastic
