I had a procedure performed by Dr. Conlon and he and his entrie staff were thorough, proffessional, and attentive to esnuring I had all of the information to ensure a speedy recovery. I have had this procedure previously performed elsewhere in Canada , and Dr. Conlon and his team surpassed my expectations based on previous experiences. Thanks again to you and the Team Dr. Conlon
Great experience. It's not pleasant thinking about having things poked around in your eyes. I was SO nervous, but the staff were all so amazing and friendly! I had my first appointment on a Monday and procedure booked for Friday, so very fast! Dr. Conlon was a man of few words, but very patient, quick & efficient during the procedure. I was out of there in just a few minutes and it was way easier than I imagined! A quick text afterward to check how I was doing was a nice touch.
I had a procedure performed by Dr Conlon yesterday. I was anxious going in but as soon as I got to his office his staff put me at ease. They are exceptionally professional, efficient and above all kind and compassionate. Dr. Conlon and staff addressed my concerns and answered all my questions. I really had a great experience with Dr conlon and the nurses.... they did a great job.... but i m not happy with their receptionist they dnt have any kind of knowledge... overall Dr conlon is great.
Had eyelid surgery recently and i found the experience to be almost painless.The staff made me feel quite comfortable through the whole procedure.Dr Conlon knows what he's doing .

Dr. Conlon and his team are incredibly friendly and efficient. The staff provided professional care and comforting words during my procedure. Ashley, Jaylyn and Dr Conlon work well as a team.
I went into the office in fear and within minutes i felt comfortable. The nursing staff were both kind and compassionate. They listened with open hearts as i told them about my son having cancer. While Dr Conlon gave the shots to my eyes one gal with a voice of an angel soothed me down. Dr Conlon did a great job as i never felt pain. Thank you for your compassionate care. The staff and doctor were very confident and knowledgeable. I felt safe and comfortable in their hands. Office was clean and totally following the social distancing rules.
