I had a procedure performed by Dr. Conlon and he and his entrie staff were thorough, proffessional, and attentive to esnuring I had all of the information to ensure a speedy recovery. Great experience. It's not pleasant thinking about having things poked around in your eyes. I was SO nervous, but the staff were all so amazing and friendly! I had my first appointment on a Monday and procedure booked for Friday, so very fast! Dr. Conlon was a man of few words, but very patient, quick & efficient during the procedure. I was out of there in just a few minutes and it was way easier than I imagined! A quick text afterward to check how I was doing was a nice touch.
I had a procedure performed by Dr Conlon yesterday. I was anxious going in but as soon as I got to his office his staff put me at ease. They are exceptionally professional, efficient and above all kind and compassionate. Dr. Conlon and staff addressed my concerns and answered all my questions. I really had a great experience with Dr conlon and the nurses.... they did a great job.... but i m not happy with their receptionist they dnt have any kind of knowledge... overall Dr conlon is great.
Had eyelid surgery recently and i found the experience to be almost painless.The staff made me feel quite comfortable through the whole procedure.Dr Conlon knows what he's doing .
Dr. Conlon and his team did such an excellent job. From the minute I walked in until I walked out I felt so comfortable. No pain! No anxiety! Just professionalism and kindness. Thank you again for making this experience so easy.
