I am very happy to say my experience with Dr Conlon and his staff has been very fabulous this week. I took my aging parents in at the start of the week. My Dad had a lower eyelid tuck On both eyes on Tuesday and he is recovering really well at 93. I had my droopy upper eyelids lifted this morning at 8:15 and 12 hrs later I am doing really well also. Everything was done on time and I a very friendly way , all the staff was very pleasant , everything was done like a assembly line. They all made sure I was ok.
I had tear duct surgery today. It may have been a simple surgery compared to all you do., but right from the start I had no worries. The nurses said what would happen & it did. Dr. Conlon is always so calm & reassuring (have had 2 cataract surgeries), nurses give good words & a nice pat on the hand or shoulder. I would tell anyone who asked that Dr. Conlon is so fine in what he does & how he does it, so professional & his offices, right from entering to leaving are the same. Thankyou again.
I just had eye surgery, removal of excess upper lid . I was very nervous due to the covid pandemic, all staff & doctor very professional and patient!!! Explained everything they were doing at the time. Very accommodating in all aspects !! I would recommend them to anyone!!!
