Everyone from the front receptionists to Dr Conlon and fellow nurses were very good and helpful with information that was required for post surgery care. Dr. Conlon was excellent in telling what the procedure would entail in the consultation and then while doing the procedure.I would recommend Dr. Conlon and staff to anyone. It was very painless and have had no issues. It feels wonderful today. No problems reading or watching TV.

My procedure was far faster and easier than I thought it was going to be. I really appreciated the light chatter about Halloween as a distraction. All in all a positive experience.

My journey with Dr. Conlon started about 2.5 years ago when I was diagnosed with Graves’ disease. This disease can have a detrimental effect on the eyes. Dr. Conlon monitored and assisted me through this difficult time. Dr. Colon successfully repaired my drooping eyelids on Thursday, Oct. 31. I now see better and more. Dr. Conlon's explanation of the procedure was brief and to the point. Based on my experience Dr. Conlon is indeed a excellent ophthalmologist. I found the staff, the nurses Ashley and Jen to be competent, patient, knowledgeable and thoughtful. Sorry to hear how some people had such a bad experience. My experience was great. I had to cancel two appointments and it was never a problem. Staff was polite and courteous. I made it to my appointment Nov. 1st. When I got there again staff was fantastic. No problems, In fact i got in a few minutes early for my surgery. Staff was polite the whole time. Very pleasant. I had my eyes lifted. The procedure took about 1 hour from start to finish. Right from the start I was helped to relax and made comfortable. Procedure was explained and I was told what was happening. I was offered a chair to relax in after all was done and then went to get a ride home. I have had some swelling and bruising which I expected. I’ve been icing the eyes. Still a bit of bruising, not much swelling and some of the stitches seem to have dissolved. I’ve been tired, but that’s to be expected and I’m really pleased. Pl... read more

I was referred to Dr. Conlon for a growth on my eyelid. At my first appointment, his staff did all the pre-examination work in a professional and friendly manner. Dr Conlon examined my eye and indicated removal of the growth was a priority. I was scheduled for surgery a week later and had it today. The nurses were great - explained what would happen and prepared me. Dr Conlon removed the growth and I was done in less than 1/2 hour. Have a return appointment in 2 weeks.
