The Professionalism and organization of this well trained staffed Doctors office , is evident upon walking in . The smiles you receive upon check in . To every single person of Dr Conlon staff that I encountered. My procedure went smoothly with the aide of Dr Conlons Operating room Assistants Ashley and Jen . Very professional, efficient and friendly. Although my procedure was quite painful I was confident in the knowledge and ability of Dr. Conlon and his staff. They answered all my questions and treated me with respect. If I had one complaint they need a better selection of magazines on the waiting room. I also didn't like having to listen to the eye-surgery informational shows on the tv while in the waiting room but of course that's a minor issue. Overall it was a very good experience.

I just had a procedure done this week by Dr. Conlon. Right form my initial consultation through to the follow-up care and contact, Dr. Conlon and his staff went above and beyond. They accommodated me with scheduling, provide me with helpful information and checked up on me via text message to be sure things were going well. During the procedure both he and his staff were very comforting and reassuring. All in all, it was a very positive experience for me.
