Connie helped us buy our home 5 years ago and was such a pleasure to work with then that I knew I wanted to work with her again to refinance our home. She prepared me in advance of what to expect with the refinance especially the time line. With the low interest rates the process took a lot longer than it did with buying a home but Connie kept me up to date throughout the entire process. I would recommend Connie to family and friends.
We have used Connie for two refinances. The latest, in the middle of the pandemic. was extremely complicated because of our income sources and stretched over a five month period. Connie was extremely professional, diligent and persistent handling dozens of documents and putting it all together to reach loan approval. Most happy to give highest recommendation.
