Wonderful - Connie was very thorough and communicated well which made the process easy.
Connie was great to work with as usual. Very easy to reach and kept us updated through the whole process. The process took a bit longer than expected due to high volume of loans. We recognize that the delays were in the processing and not anything that Connie had control over.
