Mark was great ar helping us refinance our property into a lower apr saving us a ton of money every month, before reaching out to him I was dealing directly with Our current bank and the communication clarity and speediness by Mark and his team was significantly better and faster then that of the wells fargo agent!!! Thank you for the professionalism and precision in getting everything we needed done .

Michael was very helpful in guiding me through all the steps during my refinance. He provided me with several options, taking the time to explain the benefits of each. He kept in close contact during the stages, and was always available to take my questions and concerns. I was most impressed with how easy Michael made the process, getting me to a closing date much earlier than expected!

Worked for joe purchasing my first house in 2019 and then again in 2021 for a refi for a better rate. The first time Joe was referred to us by a seller when our last mortgage broker screwed us literally at the closing table and joe came in and saved the day in like less than two weeks. Then he called me in 2020 like “hey the rates are going down, do you want to refi for a better rate?” And even though I wasn’t ready at that time I appreciate him looking out for me Bc I knew the rates were going down re: Covid. Joe and his team were great he was always available to answer any questions we had and break it all down for us to where we understood and felt comfortable. We had a great experience with Joe and Contour. We will definitely work with him again in the future and have already recommended him to friends and family

Working with Chris was a pleasure. He always went above and beyond during the home buying process. Anything we needed he made sure we had usually within a few hours of asking and it didn’t matter it if was night/day weekday/weekend. Chris is a workhorse and made the process of buying a home feel so smooth. Chris not only gives the best customer service but he also brings many years knowledge to his service. I cannot say enough good things about working with Chris. Buying when the real estate market was on fire we learned that everything had to be quick. You had to have the numbers ran quick to make sure you were giving your best offer, you had to have your offer with the pre approval letter quick, you had to be able to change your offer quick, you had to be able to close quick.. well let me tell you..
