Andrey Romanyuk is a very professional loan officer and a decent person. Our house was not easy to refinance. It had many underlying issues which needed to be resolved. In addition we were going to use a CEMA procedure which was supposed to take a very long time like other brokers said. I was surprised when Andrey offered us a rate better than all other banks could offer and promised to resolve all issues without the rate increase.
