Boldwing is the best. When I was depressed over finding a lender, my realtor told me about Boldwing, I had doubt. Eric went above and beyond anything my wife and I expected. We had a very unique situation that required extra steps during our loan process. He took on the task and maintained contact throughout the entire process. He’s a true professional and very down to earth. Any questions we had were met with compassion, honesty and understanding. Mr Tannis is very professional, collected and very knowledgeable in this business. He has lots of patience and answers all questions thrown at him. He assisted my husband and I in purchasing our first home and also when the interest rate dropped, he helped us refinance. He also helped some of our friends in refinancing their homes.
