I came to Eric through a friend who lives in TN and is a mortgage lender herself, but couldn't help me because of her location. From day one, Eric has been diligent and efficient. He would call me late in the evening, working late all the time to get things done timely. We experienced some delays due to the bank's inefficiency but Eric and his staff stayed on top of it and got everything done, and a great rate locked in. I will be recommending Eric every chance I get!
