I don’t often post anything let alone a review but I promised one if everything went quickly and smoothly and as it did, I have give props to Andrey Romanyuk who did our refi in 6 weeks from “who are u” to closing with patience and advice the whole way through. Being available at any hour via phone/text, Andrey was also able to show different loan options in real time as my wife and sat behind our pc screen at home. Thanks Andrey!
Eric handled my refinancing process. The entire process from the beginning to the end was streamlined. Communication was clear, detailed, and very timely. Any questions I asked were all answered thoroughly; never felt rushed or stressed. Everything was handled amazingly and would definitely recommend working with Eric and his team.

Eric got done what no other lender i talked to could. I had a bit of an unusual situation and he made everything work and even quickly! I already recommended him to friends and family. I highly recommend using Contour Mortgage at the Garden City location. Their team, beginning with my loan officer Aram Basmadjian, are absolute pro's. Everyone was very accessible, patient, informative, and honest throughout. And, given this crazy housing market we're in, they delivered on every front and got us closed within two weeks of the estimated closing date; also keeping us under budget, which was a welcome bonus.
