He helped both my siblings with their mortgages and refinances over the past ~10 years, so when the time came for my first home purchase there was no one else we would imagine calling. Worked with Joseph at Contour on my original mortgage years ago, as well as refinancing recently. Can't recommend him enough. I am no expert at this, and he took a great amount of time to education me on the topic. He was able to break things down for me in simple, easy to understand ways with all of the pros/cons of each option. Also, he was very timely in responses. My closing was on a Monday morning, and had some concerns on Sunday night. He reached out to me immediately after I emailed him.
