Eric Braun was a breath of fresh air. I had been trying to refinance with another company since February and only recieved bad customer service and a severe delay. That institution left me out in the dark all the time. When we found Eric he explained everything each step of the way. There was always an email telling what the status of the loan was. Chris Gallo was terrific. My wife and I were first-time home buyers and he made sure we understood every step of the process. I am someone that asks a million questions and he answered every one of them. He got us a great rate and our closing was very quick and on schedule.
