Ellen was extremely helpful, professional and knowledgeable during our first home-buying process during the COVID pandemic. In an extremely high-pressure case, she was able to assist us and answer any/all questions we had in a timely fashion. Mike made our refi a totally painless process from start to finish. He was able to get us significantly below the monthly payment we were hoping for. Having Lauren as my lender was a pleasure. Considering the difficulties COVID have brought to us all, Lauren and her staff conducted themselves in very profesional and helpful manner. You never know wha obstacles you will face as a first time home buyer, but Lauren was able thoroughly explain the entire process in order to make it easier. Ultimately, her and her staff were able to come thru right on time for my family.
