Igor was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process and a joy to work with. Igor is a great communicator who was able to explain even the most intricate nuances of the mortgage process to us as first time home buyers. I couldn't have asked for a better loan officer. Eric was amazing throughout this process. He went above and beyond time after time. He was patient in answering any questions we had no matter how many questions or how many times we asked the same question.
