We were originally working with another vendor which didnt offer a doing a quick deed to remove the existing family member and replace with me, which had me searching online for other options. When Igor responded, immediately you could tell Igor was knowledgeable about the various processes, laws and provided various options available for my family. He & his team were confident in our ability to secure the necessary funds, obtain CEMA and other items. The closing was smooth and clean and i recognized Igor & Countor team
Joe and his team are the best, he explained everything to me and went over my options. His knowledge in this field is remarkable. He is someone who you can trust and answers his phone and emails when I had simple questions. I can’t say enough about him and his team but a true craftsman of his craft.
