The process was surprisingly effortless. Kara was available after business hours to answer all my questions and she followed up to make sure I provided all of the necessary documentation and always responded to my questions promptly. I am very pleased that the closing for my refinance has been scheduled and can be done after business hours and at my convenience.

The lender & Mr. Romano provided exemplary service. Mr. Romano was extremely patient when answering our questions and informative when guiding us through the home mortgage process, which is very important for first time buyers. He was also proactive in making sure all required documents were submitted in a timely fashion in order to facilitate a speedy closing. He's great at what he does and we are thoroughly pleased with professionalism.

As a first time home buyer we had lots of questions throughout this process. Mike was always prompt and accessible for any call, text, email we had about our home buying experience. Mike ensured us we would be receiving a great mortgage rate, which his quote came back better than other mortgage lenders out there. I recently found out my landlord wasn’t renewing my lease, but she gave me the option to purchase. I submitted my mortgage application with Contour and Jeff was my LO. Jeff is the best at what he does, he really went above and beyond for me to get my loan approved the process was seamless and I got my CTC within 30 days of applying. I have used Brian twice now most recently in July of 2021. Brian kept on top of all our paperwork and made sure to follow up after each step of the process.
