Kara was Extremely efficient and knowledgeable. she knew exactly what was required and kept us notified constantly throughout the process. She never failed to inform us of changes or additional requirements which have been consistently changing in the mortgage world. Matt N and his team are amazing. Off the bat from my agent getting me in touch he was on a call with me to introduce himself and to understand what I was looking for.
