Ivan made himself available throughout the stages of the loan acquisition process straight through to Closing. He puts your best interest first, whether that was to procure a better interest rate or lowering Closing costs. Ivan was always, on many occasions, just a text message a way. He was very prompt in his responses to calls and text messages. He made sure I got the best deal at the time of purchase! I couldn't ask for more! Thank you Ivan! You are the best!

The process of getting my FIRST home was challenging but also rewarding. Sydney worked extremely hard to make sure that my loan was completed and suitable to my needs. At times the process did seem long and overwhelming, but you must trust that he shares your goal of getting to the closing table and has the experience to help you. Dan was top notch. As a first time home buyer and dealing with a slightly less than normal situation, Dan made the mortgage process very easy and very understandable.
