This was an on and off four year process for our family and the patience shown was beyond appreciated. Matt was there to answer our questions anytime we needed and he was super fast at getting back to us as well. He spent a lot of time with us going over all our options and what was available to us right from the start. Everything went smoothly and the team was helpful at every step along the way. Bill will call after hours to discuss challenges. Erika is the most detailed processor I have met and definitely has skills that add to the chances of not being rejected.
