I came to Matthew and his team in the midst of challenging personal circumstances and in a less than ideal position as a borrower, looking for an outside the box creative solution - hurdles from day one. My situation was anything but typical (if there even is such a thing in the world of lending), and the process proved to be lengthy and demanding as a result.

Had a great experience with Michael, who has a very speedy and diligent team. They explained everything thoroughly and moved along the process to make sure we were closing within our timeline. Michael picks up the phone and calls to make sure you’re looped into whatever needs to be done and he does it quick. He’s also just a really nice guy and enjoyable to work with. Would definitely recommend to anyone!
