I went into contract while the Covid-19 crisis was rising. I have never met someone so strong to their word especially in the banking field. I have had friends who have closed on properties with other lenders and have had crazy last minute changes. But I was fortunate to have an amazing experience. Usually the idea of loan application of any sort brings along the daunting task of going through the process. Brian, made it easy and the process was very efficient. There were no surprises, what was explained regarding fees & rate was spot on. The entire refi took no longer then a month. Great work!!!
