Dave Trabosh from Contour was AMAZING to work with. Dave goes above and beyond. He is reliable and available at all times for any questions or concerns. I had initially started the pre-approval process with another company, I had to email the broker and wait for a response because he was only available Monday through Friday during business hours. I would strongly recommend you work with Michael for your mortgage! We were first time ( very anxious) buyers and Mike made the process so easy. He was always one phone call away with an answer to all of my questions and always very honest and upfront about what was going on. He did not let the Covid-19 pandemic ruin our house buying process !
I recently did a no cash out refi w/ Jessie. He was lender when I purchased my home 5 years ago. My first experience with him was good so I relied on him again. When the smaller local banks wouldn't call me back or gave me higher than market rates for a 15 year fixed mortgage loan, Jessie was on the spot. He's very up front about closing costs, process, and timing (on closing). His staff is also very responsive. I highly recommend him.
