I spoke with Eric this afternoon after being referred to him by a realtor in Miami. I did not expect such a thoughtful conversation but was pleasantly surprised. Sergio was very pleasant and helpful from the beginning. He went above and beyond to help me secure my loan. Always returned my calls in a timely manner and made sure I understood each step of the process and made it convenient for me.
