Aram has got to be the most dedicated, honest, hard working person I have come across in a long time. Being a first time home buyer I had little knowledge of how everything worked, Aram always made the time to walk me through every step and explain why. One of the things he said to me and I knew he was the right person was “take your time this is a really big purchase and it has to be right for you”. I have and will continue to recommend Aram to my friends and family and anyone looking to go through this process.

I was referred to John but someone very trustworthy. I was having challenges getting a mortgage and was quickly running out of options. Melissa has a good understanding of the loan process, and helped with right information always. In every milestone of the process, she proactively defines what is required and made sure I am not lagging behind with required artifacts. Her coordinating effort is highly commendable, as multiple players must be continuously communicated about the proceedings, and she did that in timely fashion. She makes things look simple by her professionalism and Subject Expertise. She is a true SME, Hats off
