Eric is a class act and goes above and beyond for his clients. After having an awful experience with a prior lender, Eric stepped in an had me wondering why I considered using anyone else. Always responsive, very clear, goes the extra mile, honest, and makes sure you understand what’s going on every step of the way. Eric was available almost every hour of the day. He certainly takes average out of the industry. I would highly reccommend anyone looking for a loan, mortgage, etc. use no one other than Eric!

Abraham O'Hanion was very helpful. He gave us a list of all the needed documentation. He organized it and had it sent to the appropriate financial institutions. He was present at our closing.

It was very good exprence to work with Eric for the mortage to buy a house. He is super good and very much professional. Eric and his team worked so hard to make our dream true. I was introduced to Dave at the beginning of my journey to sell my house and purchase a new one. By the time I made the offer to my new place in Mid December, I started doing all the paperwork with Dave and his Team. I closed on my new house in Mid Jan 2019. These guys are highly efficient, on top of the process, very communicative and helpful. I had a great experience, I never closed so quick on any of the transactions I have done in the past. I highly recommend using Dave Trabosh and Contour.

Great Experience. Robert helped me refinance my loan, combining the primary mortgage with a 2nd home equity line off credit which was coming due. provided many possible options and we worked together an I chose which I felt was best for me.

Going into the home buying process not knowing anything; Anthonys knowledge, patience, and attentiveness really made everything much easier. Im a 1st time homebuyer who didnt understand not a single thing about the about buying a home...andrey was very patience with repeating himself...always smiling very very pleasent...aside from his day off...he was always available to answer my calls and if he didnt pick up right away he would call back with in 20mins...for 4months i was dealing with andrey and he made it so easy...i will only be looking for andrey when i am ready for my next purchae
