Im a 1st time homebuyer who didnt understand not a single thing about the about buying a home...andrey was very patience with repeating himself...always smiling very very pleasent...aside from his day off...he was always available to answer my calls and if he didnt pick up right away he would call back with in 20mins...for 4months i was dealing with andrey and he made it so easy...i will only be looking for andrey when i am ready for my next purchae

I needed a cash out refi and was on a difficult deadline to meet recieving this cash. Mr. Ohanian heard my issue, made it personal and somehow completed everything in weeks, sooner than expected and no bank fees. I'm a first-time buyer, and Aquil was very helpful with walking me through the lending process. He has a good team behind him, and was on-point every step of the way. Due to a number of factors, the closing took longer than expected, but he made sure to keep my rate as competitive as possible. I have recommended him to my friends, and we still stay in touch to this day!

My overall experience with Eric has been exceptional. Not only does Eric walk you through step-by-step, he also gets you to closing quickly. He's a problem solver and a true professional. He's an excellent communicator with everyone involved in the entire process.

Mr Abe went above and beyond, he’s the reason I’m a home owner today. He works extremely hard. Each time there was an obstacle to prevent me from getting the mortgage, he was always encouraging and find another way. He’s truly a saint. My closing was pretty high, he found ways to reduce it, and got me a lower interest rate. He’s the best at this. And he always made himself available to walk me through. I’m truly bless to have met Mr Abe.

Mr Nieves I would like to thank him ,He helped my husband and i to work on our credit our credit score went up we received a good loan and we purchased our home mr Nieves and the company he works for helped us tremendously we appreciate everything they did for us we are first time home buyers thanks to mr Nieves it was a process but it was worth it thank you Mathew nieves
