When I was looking to get pre approved my wife and I walked into a bunch of banks to get pre approved and all of them shot us down because of my credit. I thought since we both had banking accounts with some of these banks and had a good amount in them they would be able to help. Not the case, they wouldn’t even give me any direction on what to do telling us to come back when my credit is better or come back in 6 months. Eric was very attentive to detail and was there every single step of the way. He would answer my calls promptly and was there at any time to answer any questions I had in regards to the loan process. At all moment I felt like he was working for my best interest and was always there to render advice and provide the best plan of action.
