Eric was there for ever every step of the process, always available to answer a thousand questions. We trusted him to get us a good deal and he followed through with a real attention to detail. The VA process can be a bit daunting but Eric is a great advocate for Veterans buying a home. We were able to close quickly and with nothing down! Wow!!! is what my husband and I said after closing on our second home yesterday. Eric wasn’t our original lender, but he came by at the RIGHT time. The rates that he offered, we just couldn’t resist. And while we were nervous to switch lenders we did and don’t regret it. We are getting a fantastic rate from Eric. The best part is that it didn’t cost us any more in lenders fees. I was a first time home buyer when I met Andrey. Starting from day one, he explained me step by step procedures how to buy a houses in very basic terms. He introduced me with his great team( attorney, agent and home inspector..). It was a long process and he guided me every step of the way. This being our first step towards purchasing a home, was quite an overwhelming feeling. Andrey Romanyuk was the perfect one to walk us through the process. He was patient, explained the process clearly, goal oriented and over all a pleasure to speak with. It seems like he knows his place in this field and helped us a lot.

Dave and the team at Contour we're a pleasure to work with. I have heard horror stories about how long it takes, all the documents needed, and unexpected closing costs. That was not the case with Dave. He told us the documents we needed upfront, was responsive to inquires, and provided status updates along the way. A pleasure to work with.
