Matthew was extremely knowledgable and more then willing to take the time to explain the entire closing process with me. He spent extra time on the phone with me going over numbers for all potential situations. His use of technology to all for fast electronic document submission was extremely helpful as I lived in another state from his office.

Mattew Nieves was the best Rep that I have ever dealt with. Been working with him a little over a year. Everything he advised on Was on the money and he helped me step by step on building my credit not once but twice lol. Eventually his was work was justified and with that said I am a new home owner due to him. Thank you sir.

I couldn't be more thankful to have had Hank as my Loan Officer. The process was smooth and he thoroughly answered any of our questions. He made us comfortable during the entire process from start to finish and I would highly recommend his service to others.

Steven was extremely helpful during the process of purchasing our home. He was able to respond to any questions that we had during this process, he has worked after hours to accommodate us,on any documents that were needed. Hank was 100% on top of everything. He explained the process thoroughly and answered every question at the drop of a hat, even on Sundays! Treated my wife and I like a VIP celebrity! I would use Hank@ contour again and again. Tell your friends and neighbors, go to Contour and see Hank in the future!

Hank Harrison is the lender that work with me on my loan. Hank has worked so hard on finalizing my loan. Hank professionalism has been great. Hank is someone that I will recommend to my friends without hesitation. I have reached out to my prior mortgage company to refinance and without looking into it. I was told that there was nothing they can do for me, but once I spoke to Hank I was told by Hank that he would do everything he can to help me which he did. Reached out to Eric Braun after waiting to the end of my rent to own deal, thinking I would not even qualify for a loan and with a very short time frame to get me to closing in order to honor the contract I negotiated.
