Very professional and worked very hard to make everything to come together very quickly to get the loan I needed and were very relaxed and easy to work with would recommend them to anyone looking from someone to work with someone they can trust.

Mike Higgins made everything so easy and accomplished all we were looking to do ,after speaking to our current Mortgage company and some of the major banks for the past three years hearing the same thing by all of them sorry but there is nothing we can do Mike told me i can get it done at two weeks later it was done , I can't thank Mike enough for all he has done for us , he is not just extremely knowledgeable he was a pleasure to deal with

Carol is a highly qualified profession. She went above and beyond for me. I couldn’t imagine going through the grueling process of buying a house without her. Not only did she get me an amazing rate but she motivated me through the process. Carol is also a warm caring individual who honestly cares about her clients. Aquil is one of the few in the industry. His communication with his clients is unheard of within the mid-range financing industry. I work in an industry that is ran by creditors funding hundreds of millions to close deal. Aquil gives his clients that same type of service as these if I was doing a buy out at my Job. He answers almost any time and if he could not, I would have a missed call less than two hours ago. Major commerical shops cannot and will not provide this type of service. From the moment we first spoke, I knew Brian was the right person to help us with our loan. He was patient, informative, and answered all of our questions. Throughout the process, there was never an issue he didn’t address immediately. His availability and communication was second to none. He also was a great collaborator. Steve was very friendly and nice. He answered all of my questions and took my calls right away. I called many times with questions and needed help with form etc... and he always got back to me the same day and took care of my questions or directed me to the correct person at his office.
