Dan gives you more than 100%. He actually cares about you and will do whatever he must to support you during this process. He makes himself available 24/7 too...highly unusual for anyone in any business these days. I cannot say enough about this man and his professionalism as well as him big heart. I was in the middle of the mortgage process with another company who told me what my closing costs would be prior to an accepted offer. Matt was as excellent as they come as a mortgage broker. We refinanced our home and he was able to save us money and allow us to take some money out to do some home improvements.
