Brian and his team did my refinance on my home. Going in to It was one of the most stressful times for me and he handled this with ease. I was taking on my house from a ex fiancé and I was terrified! I'm a FDNY paramedic and my schedule can get extremely busy and he worked with me every single step of the way. I was kept informed every moment there was a change whether it was a small road block or good news and we moved right through it. He was always Avilable to answer my questions and if he was busy for whatever reason I recieved a call or text promptly. I never felt as if I made a bad decision with Brian and midland and if I could do again I would for the great experience. I gained a amazing Morgage company and friend. Brian deserves more than I can ever say on this review. I promise, You will not be disappointed.

Highly recommended. From the first time we met till the day of closing dave stood by my side and assured me and my family that all would be ok. As first time homebuyers we needed guidence and dave was their to do so. Dave was completely honest and professional. He and his staff were excellent.
