We had a very difficult situation where we were selling our current home and buying a house simultaneously. Andrey was our mortgage broker as well as our buyers' mortgage broker. He answered all of our questions.. AT ANY TIME OF THE DAY..always kept us in the loop and explained the process step by step. If you are looking for a honest and straight foward person to guide you then Abraham from contour mortgage is the guy for you; Working with Abe was a seamless experience for my husband and I. Abe walked us throught every step from start to end as we began the purchase of our fist home. I have reccomended him to a few of my family members and friends who in a few months will begin the process in securing their dream home.
This was our second time using Brian to help us in purchasing a home. We were moving off Long Island up to Dutchess county and he made the entire process painless. The Contour website also allowed for a much more streamlined documentation process allowing for uploads of everything they needed.
